We wonder: What do the Polish and Slovakian, German and Belgian, engineers know that; American architects, designers and engineers do not know?
Questions:
   (i) Are the European engineers and architects really that  much more in tune with the state of building and environmental sciences, in the world today?
  (ii) Has the American Engineering Profession really fallen this far behind the State-of-the-Science/Engineering?
Answer:
   We hope that American architects and engineers - once they become knowledgeable about "a more perfect way" using superior products and more intelligent designs - will also provide environmentally conscientious and cost-efficient public and civil projects.
